Yoga classes at Bridge Wellness Center will integrate a gentle flow practice with relaxation poses and mindfulness to relieve stress and strengthen one’s body. Classes will focus on the needs of the beginning yoga student as well as the experienced yoga student with modifications given as needed.

Jill is a certified Baptiste Yoga instructor and a certified Yin Yoga instructor. Jill believes yoga is the practice of being in this moment while focusing attention on the breath, strengthening the body and centering the mind. Yoga gives us the ability to seek our fullest potential to live a grounded and balanced life.
