Sandra (Sandy) McGarvey is a licensed therapist with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. With compassion and humor, her eclectic approach integrates holistic services to support the healing of the mind, body and spirit. While clinically trained to diagnose and treat specific symptoms of mental illness, Sandy strives to teach her clients to shift the focus away from illness towards overall health and wellness. Sandy attended seminary at Boston University School of Theology where she graduated with her masters degree in Pastoral Counseling and Inter-religious dialogue. Her passion is to help her clients awaken to the eternal spirit within to find inner guidance, strength and renewal throughout life's challenges

Christine joined Bridge Wellness in January of 2019. She brings an abundance of experience in mental health to the center. Christine has specializations in crises, individual consultations, group and family sessions and couples counseling. She approaches each person individually and works within a wellness approach. When Christine is not at Bridge, she works in disaster, suicide prevention and as a training consultant.

Elizabeth Flores, MSW, LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of New Jersey.Elizabeth graduated from University of Southern California, with a Masters in Social Work, With Emphasis in Mental Health Counseling. Elizabeth is known for a warm, relaxed, and comfortable approach to counseling. Elizabeth is an
Integrative Psychotherapist, which means that she utilizes a variety of orientations and therapies,
according to the client's individual needs. Elizabeth's approach involves genuine caring, acceptance,
and non-judgment. Elizabeth works with clients from a strength-based, positive, and affirming
perspective. Elizabeth works with a wide range of issues, including depression, anxiety, other mental
health disorders, unresolved emotional issues, trauma, self-esteem/self-empowerment, grief and loss,
relationship/family concerns, individual counseling for personal and emotional growth, creating more
meaning and purpose, in one's life/living a more fulfilled life, and multiple other issues. Elizabeth is trained in Trauma Focus- CBT and working towards her certification. She is also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. Elizabeth works
with Children, Adolescents and Adults.
Empowering children, adults and families to overcome obstacles that hinder them from living their best life motivates me. Helping others understand the possibility of change, benefits of personal growth and becoming their best self is evidenced throughout my nonjudgmental, strengths based approach to counseling. Since therapy is an individual process, I utilize a combination of evidenced based treatment modalities and approaches to meet individuals unique needs.
Professionally, I have a BS in Psychology and a MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with clinical licensure in both professional counseling and addiction. I also specialize in trauma based counseling, play therapy and human trafficking.
