Sandra (Sandy) McGarvey is a licensed therapist with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. With compassion and humor, her eclectic approach integrates holistic services to support the healing of the mind, body and spirit. While clinically trained to diagnose and treat specific symptoms of mental illness, Sandy strives to teach her clients to shift the focus away from illness towards overall health and wellness. Sandy attended seminary at Boston University School of Theology where she graduated with her masters degree in Pastoral Counseling and Inter-religious dialogue. Her passion is to help her clients awaken to the eternal spirit within to find inner guidance, strength and renewal throughout life’s challenges.

Utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma Based-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TB-CBT) to counsel children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples in an outpatient setting. Ms. Zeitz works with diagnoses such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma/abuse (physical and sexual), anger & stress management, domestic violence, spontaneous grief /loss, relationship difficulties, and parenting/family concerns involving separation & divorce/custody difficulties. Ms. Zeitz also provides parenting training and mental status evaluations for schools, employers, and court systems.

I am a licensed social worker and graduate of Stockton University’s MSW program. While I have experience working with people of various ages, I specialize helping children ages 11-14 overcome social, behavioral and emotional issues. I also have experience with grief and trauma therapy. I enjoy working with individuals, groups and families alike, and strive to help others reach their goals in therapy using evidence based practices. My approach to therapy is compassionate, solution-focused and strengths-based. I have a passion for helping others recognize their potential for change and their ability to take the first step towards wellness.
Rebecca Meeks (LAC) has a master’s degree in counseling from the University of San Diego and has been
published for her work regarding female infertility. Rebecca is a retired Navy Combat Veteran, whose
passion for combat trauma and military sexual trauma led her to the graduate route of counselling.
Rebecca is trained in the Gottman style of couple’s therapy and specializes in assisting couples through
their infertility/reproductive journey. Rebecca also works with diagnosis such as depression, anxiety,
trauma, PTSD, and bipolar, she strives to use her client’s strengths to empower them toward the change
and wellness they desire.
My Mission as a Therapist is to participate in easing suffering, promoting growth and well being for people from the diversity that is South Jersey. A Philadelphia native, I have been in South Jersey since 2002, and have 25+ years experience gained through a variety of roles in Mental Health and community service. I work with children and adults.I believe we all do well when we can and identifying strengths and challenges can be instrumental in maintaining a quality life. I support the Explosive Child Model and CPS, have worked with Arc Grow model of healing trauma within families to promote bonding and togetherness. I utilize play therapy techniques along with Team CBT. Frequently, I encourage clients to engage in self learning and daily practices to deepen learning and growth.

I enjoy working from various treatment approaches, which allows me to listen closely to your needs and tailor a plan that focuses on your strengths and meets you at your stage of readiness. My main areas of focus include intimate partner violence, sexual abuse, mood disorders, eating disorders, gender identity, and sexuality.
